I need some help :)

Guys,
there is a contest in designing new Cabal epaulette that will be soon launched and I need ur help...in real life i am graphic designer and painter so i have a feel that i can win a prize but need ur help :p. i have several ideas what this epaulette can be but the main problem is stats, so if u have any idea what stats to put pls...feel free to share
