nothing special... amp in suit, deathblow weapons and helm, will in boots.
BoF+3, EoG+3... vamp set for pve.

Have not much, need luck for good drops and make real alz for best

i'm sure after royalflush troublings, when all be ok, you will be the best guild in game again.

Gear farming mostly depends on how you can make money solo,first you need to lvl as fast as you can so you can join in high lvl dungeons (160),the alz in party's wont be to much because all drops are shared equally by the ones in command (great ideea,nobody's left behind,not even with 1kk)but you will see after you get in how things work.Still waiting for the GM to accept your application.
P.S - you have to know how to play in party,protect the others,buffs/debuffs without being asked for them,etc.

look, i was in other guilds and make some dugeons... i know what my funcion there

but i think is boring solo dugeons or level alone... need a good team... for level, for honor, and mostly: to have Fun. Without friends, this game sucks
