I have to say so far we just received 7 support tickets and I can't see that much more people are complaining in this thread that they lost their account or any items.
Maybe more are affected by it but regarding the fact that we have over 70.000 active players and just received 7 tickets so far it doesn't looks like a general problem.
So said this doesn't covince us at the moment to run a rollback. It is also unlikely that this issue happened because of the maintenance. A server maintenance is nothing more as a restart/reboot of the system. No work on the User database happened at all here.
However we see this as a serious issue and everybody who is affected by it can be sure that we are doing our investigations now and want to find out what happened here.
Please, make sure that you are sending us a support ticket when you are affected by this issue. It doesn't help if you just report it at this forum.
Other people who are not affecting by it should stay away from any rumours or accusings here. You are not supporting the people who are affected by it with making forum trolling.
